Dr. Michael M. Caister

Dr. Caister is a 1990 graduate from The Illinois College of Optometry and has been serving the Blue Water area for over 15 years.

He has been trained in all aspects of eye care from pediatric to geriatric. He did his externship trainig at Olympia Fields Osteopathic Hospital in Chicago. He has had extensive training in the medical aspects of eye care including eye infections, foreign body removal, diabetic eye care, glaucoma, cataracts, and Lasik to name a few. Dr. Caister has trained and worked with many of the eye specialists at Henry Ford Hospital Eye Care Service before opening his doors at St. Clair Eye. He has also given the gift of sight to many in Guatemala on missions.

Dr. Caister and his family reside in China Twp. He takes great pride and satisfaction in serving the eye care needs of St. Clair and the surrounding communities.

Dr. Neha Gulati

Dr. Gulati is a 2009 Cum Laude graduate from The Illinois College of Optometry.  She graduated with clinical honors elective in primary eye care, cornea & contact lenses, pediatric / binocular vision, & advanced care.  Residency training, she has acquired skills in medical management of ocular disease, low vision & specialty contact lens fits.

Dr Gulati has been practicing as an eye care professional for 3 years.  She has served as an attending for third and fourth year optometry students in primary eye care at Illinois Eye Institute.  She has serviced our veterans at the Palo Alto Health Care System.  She has given the gift of sight to over 2,000 under privileged people in Peru on a mission.

In her free time, Dr. Gulati enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, singing and photography.

Jessica Dzieszkowski, Optician, CPO; ABO

Jessica has 15 years of optical experience. She is a Certified Paraoptometric (CPO) and has passed her American Board of Opticianry (ABO).

Alix has 4 years of optical experience. She is a Certified Paraoptometric (CPO) and has passed her American Board of Opticianry (ABO).
